Dr Sanjeev Bassi has been a Consultant Adult and Paediatric Neurosurgeon at King’s College Hospital since 2003. After gaining the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons England, he trained in neurosurgery in Nottingham. This was followed by a fellowship at the Necker Hospital in Paris.
Dr Bassi has published extensively on adult and paediatric neurosurgery and lectures both nationally and internationally.

Dr. Hoseok received his medical degree from Hanyang University in Seoul, Korea in 2008. He served as a surgeon in the Republic of Korea Army for three years. He completed his residency in neurosurgery at Gil Medical center, Korea and completed his fellowship at the world renowned Wooridul Spine Hospital in Seoul, Korea. He was selected as Best Fellow of the year at Wooridul Spine Hospital. Prior to joining Worridul Spine Center Dubai, he served as a Head of a department at Wooridul Spine Hospital in Daegu, Korea. He has over 14 years of clinical experience since 2008.
Dr Jongdae Park
Dr PARK holds a unique position in Spine surgery field. He graduated Yonsei University College of Medicine (South Korea) and got training in Asan Medical Centre (South Korea) in Dept. of General Surgery and Vascular surgery. Then he joined Wooridul Spine Hospital, Seoul, South Korea in 2003 as an access surgeon. He has performed more than 4000 spinal surgery cases, mostly anterior spine surgeries and broadened his interest to all spinal degenerative disorders and minimally invasive spine surgery techniques. He led and participated in many researches at Wooridul Spine Hospital and published more than 30 articles in internationally well renowned SCI journals. He was invited in many domestic and international conferences to present his successful outcome of surgery and practice. Since 2011, he has been practicing in Dubai and Abu Dhabi as a spine consultant.
Dr Kiyoung Choi
Dr. Kiyoung Choi has around 20 years’ experience in neurosurgery previously working in clinical care and hospital administration in hospitals across South Korea and the UAE. Whilst working at Wooridul Spine Hospital, Seoul, Dr. Choi was also recognized as fellow of the year.
He specializes in neurosurgery with clinical interests including minimally-invasive cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine procedures, endoscopic spine surgery, image-guided spine surgeries. Dr. Choi has also been published in numerous International and Korean medical journals on topics including disc hernia treatment, epilepsy and minimally-invasive procedures.
Dr Dong Hyun Bae
Dr Dong Hyun Bae is a Korea-trained neurosurgeon with nearly two decades of experience in spinal surgery and neurosurgical procedures. His professional journey has been marked by over 2,000 successful surgeries, primarily focusing on complex spinal cases. Dr Bae’s expertise lies in minimally invasive and endoscopic spine surgeries and revision spine surgeries.
